Temperature Sensors

Temperature sensors monitor media temperature in liquids and gases with precise, stable readings. Versions are available with a rotatable display for easy reading and installation, or without a display for compact size and high vibration resistance. They support analog and switching outputs, use a rugged M12 connector, and carry UL and CE certifications.

Flow Sensors

Flow sensors measure and monitor process media such as lubricant and cooling water, alerting operators when flow drops or stops so they can act before downtime occurs. They have no moving parts, come in screw-in or inline versions, use M12 connectors, show flow levels through LEDs or a display, and are UL and CE approved.

Condition Monitoring Sensors

BCM multi-functional condition monitoring sensors help prevent unscheduled stops and faults by measuring vibration, temperature, humidity, and air pressure in one compact device. They offer configurable data pre-processing, configurable events and status indications for early warnings, IO-Link integration, and self-monitoring for consistent performance.

Digital Position Indicators

Digital position indicators provide clear operator guidance and are washdown-capable. They contain multiple internal sensors with extended IO-Link functionality, support semi-automated format changes, and suit machine tools, automation systems, and food and beverage environments. They are part of the Smart Automation Monitoring System (SAMS) and monitor internal temperature and humidity.

Rotary Encoder

Rotary encoders measure mechanical rotation angles with high precision, converting movement into electrical signals for accurate positioning. Their robust construction suits food processing, packaging, mobile machinery, and mechanical engineering. Absolute encoders provide precise position feedback, and incremental encoders monitor speed and direction.

Pressure Sensors

BSP pressure sensors monitor process pressure, hydraulic pressure, and vacuum in gaseous and fluid media for factory automation. Stainless steel housings suit harsh environments and wide temperature ranges. A rotatable housing and VDMA-compliant programming simplify installation and servicing, and a bright LED display shows readings clearly.

RFID

BIS RFID identification solutions enable unique identification and traceability of products and components throughout production. A data carrier attached to each object exchanges data contactlessly with a read/write head, which passes information to the controller through an evaluation unit or IO-Link module. The solutions support most common controllers across frequency ranges.
