JERGUSON

Jerguson offers magnetic and glass liquid level gages, safety valves, and level transmitters for monitoring fluid levels in process vessels.

Jerguson Magnicator Magnetic Level Indicator

A sealed float with a permanent magnet rises and falls in a chamber with the process level. An external indicator, isolated from the fluid, shows the level through rotating flags. It reduces leak paths compared with sight glasses.

Jerguson FlashProof Magnicator

A larger 3-inch chamber with internal guide rods lets trapped gases escape, reducing errors from boiling or flashing fluids. The chamber also resists binding from dirt, sludge, or waxy solids and can be flushed without removing the float.

Magnicator with Guided Wave Radar (MGWR)

This design combines a magnetic level gage with a guided wave radar transmitter on one set of process taps, giving two independent level readings for redundancy. The radar reading remains accurate if the float fails and across varying product density.

NightStar LED Illuminators

LED lighting makes magnetic level indicators visible day or night, improving visibility and reducing time spent in process areas. The illuminators are approved for Class I, Div. 1 locations.

  • High contrast indication
  • Not angle dependent – viewer can see clearly from many positions
  • Reduced operator exposure in process areas can increase safety
  • LEDs have a nominal life of 10 years
  • Approved for use in Class I, Div. 1 classified locations
  • FL Series Standard Flag

  • All Gages feature a continuous, one-piece chamber regardless of length

Series 40 Liquid Level Gages

Designed for high pressure process applications or process steam up to 1500 PSI. Reflex glass can be hard to read with clear fluids, since the silver/black contrast is lost.

  • All Gages feature a continuous, one-piece chamber regardless of length

Series 51 Liquid Level Gages

A high-pressure gage machined from solid bar stock, drilled to leave tie-bars that resist deflection. Viton O-rings in recessed channels seal each port.

  • Tempered Borosilicate Glass conforming to BS3463, JIS B8211, & DIN 7081
  • Available Transparent Only
  • Ported Gage with O-Ring Seals
  • All Gages feature a continuous, one-piece chamber regardless of length

Series L10 Liquid Level Gages

Large-chamber gages for liquids that surge or boil. They reduce boiling effects from entrained gas, remove false level fluctuations from flashing vapors, and suit low-boiling fluids. Sub-freezing services require non-frost extensions.

  • Recessed Gasket Seat in Chamber and Cover
  • Tempered Borosilicate Glass conforming to BS3463, JIS B8211, & DIN 7081
  • All parts listed in ASTM & ASME B31.3
  • ABS Certified
  • For fluids with low boiling point, such as: Ammonia, Propane, Butane, Methane, Ethylene, LNG, & Refrigerants

360 Series Metal Seated Safety Ballcheck Valves

A bypass mode simplifies commissioning and reduces operator error. A visible quarter-turn handle shows status and a locking pin secures the position.
