Full (360º) View Low Pressure Sight Flow Indicators

Tubular glass indicators give full visibility from any angle. Available with NPT connections (Model 805-S) or flanged connections (Model 830-F).

  • Pressure rating: 150 psig (10.3 Bar) or less, depending on size
  • Special lengths up to 48″ (1219 mm) for flange sizes 1/2″ to 12″
  • Must be isolated from mechanical strains on pipelines
  • Optional drip tube indicator available for both models

Cylindrical Sheathed Sight Flow Indicator

Sheathed tubular indicators offer more visibility than bulls-eye styles. A rigid, non-wetted body protects the cylindrical glass and isolates the unit from pipeline stresses.

  • Increased visibility with cylinder protection from rigid, non-wetted body
  • Pressure ratings are 150 psig (10.3 Bar) or less (varies by size)
  • Stuffing box seal eliminates direct loading of glass

Bolt-On & Security Sight Windows

Bolt-on and security sight windows give safe, economical tank viewing from light to severe service. The Model 5800 UniGlas window with a retaining flange turns any flange or studding outlet into an observation port.

  • 5005-DW features patented Factory Mutual approved Dual Window (DW) design
  • Protection against stress concentration, thermal shock, corrosion, erosion, and overpressure
  • Corrosion resistant linings: PTFE, PFA, and rubber
  • Pressure range: Full Vacuum (FV) to 1500 psig (103 Bar)

Weld-On Sight Windows for ASME Pressure Vessels and non-ASME Applications

Pressure Vessel Quality (PVQ) windows, circular and obround, are made to ASME Section VIII. Self-reinforcing proprietary weld pads, factory thicknesses for most uses, custom thicknesses on request. Non-ASME windows suit lighter duty and piping.

Threaded Sight Windows

Sight windows come with male and female threads. Specialty UniGlas sight plugs are rated up to 4000 psig (275 bar).

  • UniGlas sight plugs feature fused glass, eliminating all seals and leak paths
  • Standard windows with replaceable glass and gaskets available to 150 psig (10.3 bar)
  • Standard windows available with quartz glass for temperatures up to 2012°F (1100°C)
  • Custom sizes are available

Drop-In Spray Ring Flange-Mounted Sight Windows

Spray rings mount directly against sight windows to direct secondary fluids (liquid or gas) across the glass and clear debris.

  • Size Range: 2” through 10”
  • ASME Flange Class: 150, 300, 600
  • “Ring” style centered by bolting
  • ¼” NPT Supply connection
  • Material: 316 SS
  • Maintains window rating
  • Compound angle radial and cross jets

In-Line Eductors

Clark-Reliance Corporation's Jacoby-Tarbox eductors offer advanced flow paths for strong performance, rugged construction for reliability, application engineering support, quick delivery, and prices equal to or below other eductors or electric pumps.

Tank Liquid Agitators (TLAs)

The JT TLA is an in-tank eductor. Pressurized fluid passes through a nozzle as a high-velocity stream that draws in and mixes tank contents, creating a flow field that agitates the whole tank.

Lighting, Steam Jackets, and Accessories

Jacoby-Tarbox introduces new lighting technologies for sight flow indicators and sight windows. The Phaeton XTL uses ultra high-intensity LEDs to light large vessels, reactors, and indicators with dark liquids, and installs on any manufacturer's window without disassembly.

  • LEDs rated for 10 years continuous duty
  • No switches or timers required
  • Cool to touch
  • Eliminates product “bake-on” and burn hazards
  • Install on any manufacturer’s window without disassembly or affecting process
